摘    要:人类多次航天飞行数据显示,航天飞行环境会对人体的昼夜节律和睡眠-觉醒状态造成一定影响。部分航天员不同程度地发生生物节律失调、睡眠不足甚至失眠的情况,对工作绩效与健康造成不良影响。本文综述了航天飞行环境对人体睡眠-觉醒周期和昼夜生物节律影响的研究进展,为进一步加深航天环境因素影响人体睡眠-觉醒功能的认识,并采取有效防护干预手段,保障航天员健康与高效工作提供参考。

Abstract:Throughout the history of spaceflight numerous studies showed the effects of spaceflight environment on circadian rhythm and sleep-wake cycle.Different degree of circadian desynchronization,sleep loss,and insomnia occurred in some flight astronauts.Such risk factors might lead to performance decrements and adverse health outcomes.This paper reviewed the research progress in the effects of spaceflight environment on sleepwake pattern and circadian rhythm,providing basis for further understanding adverse health outcomes resulting from sleep loss and circadian desynchronization,and finding some more effective countermeasures to ensure astronauts health and performance during spaceflight.
