| 摘 要： | 原发性卵巢癌以其早期无明显症状，晚期广泛种植转移为其生物学特点，其治疗模式应采用其特有的手术方式即肿瘤细胞减灭术，辅以化疗、放疗、免疫治疗等综合治疗模式，遵循循证医学理念，达到量效平衡。

| Abstract: | The biological feathures of primary ovarian cancer manifest atypical clinical syndrome in initial stage and widespread metastasis in advanced stage. So therapeutic mode of primary ovarian cancer should take special operation - cytoreductive surgery and combine with chemotherapy , radiotherapy, immunotherapy, gene therapy and so on.. The new therapeutic mode of primary ovarian cancer is the concrete reflection of evidence-based medicine. |
