氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物耐药性与耐药机制的研究进展

摘    要:目前,喹诺酮类药物(nuoroquinolones,FQs)是临床最常用的人工合成抗茵药物;但是,在抗茵药的选择压力下,临床常见致病菌对FQs耐药问题目渐严重。利用PubMed和CNKI两大数据库平台,检索2011—2012年期间发表的FQs耐药流行病学、耐药机制和有效对策的文献,对其研究进展作一综述,并对有效防控FQs耐药性提出相应对策措施。

Abstract:Fluoroquinolones(FQs)are the most widely used synthetic antibacterial drugs in the clinical. However, FQs have been acquiring more and more resistance in the common pathogens in the clinical practice because of the selective pressure. Based on two large data bases, PubMed and CNKI, the research literatures involving the advances of FQs-resistant epidemiology, mechanisms and anti-resistance strategies published between 2011 and 2012 were retrieved and reviewed. In the meantime, and the effective procedures to prevent FQs resistance were discussed.
