摘    要:目的:比较盐酸氨溴索2种含量测定方法。方法:用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法分别测定盐酸氨溴索的含量,并对这2种测定方法进行了比较。结果:在稳定性实验和含量测定过程中,同一样品用高效液相色谱法测定的RSD均值为0.86%和1.27%,用紫外分光光度法测定的均值为1.40%和1.80%;用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸氨溴索的含量,其RSD值前者小于后者,结果更为准确。结论:高效液相色谱法测定盐酸氨溴索的含量优于紫外分光光度法,且稳定性好,准确性高。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the determination methods of ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods: HPLC and UV spectrophotometry were adopted to determinate the content of ambroxol hydrochloride. Results: In stability test and content determination, the average RSD obtained by HPLC method was 0.86% and 1.27%, the average RSD obtained by UV method was 1.40% and 1.80%, the HPLC method was better than UV method in the experiments. Conclusion: HPLC was better than UV spectrophotometry in stability experiment and accuracy experiment.
