CCU实习护士不同考核方式比较研究

目的:探讨CCU实习护士出科考试考核的方式及护士对所选方式的满意度。方法:将2009年9月～2012年3月在我院CCU实习的50名护士随机分成两组,实习前3周每周周末实习护士接受开卷考核(试验组25名)与闭卷考核(对照组25名),实习第4周所有实习护士都进行出科闭卷考试,并在考试结束后填写对考核形式的满意度调查问卷。结果:试验组出科闭卷考核平均分为(90.23±5.25)分,对照组出科闭卷考核平均分为(85.00±7.34)分,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查考核方式满意度结果显示,实习护士对开卷考核的满意度高于闭卷考核。结论:在实习期间,对CCU实习护士采取开卷考核方式的满意度比较高,且这种考核方式明显提高了实习护士出科考试成绩,这种考核方式值得在护士实习考核中推广。

Comparative study on evaluation mode of practical nurses in CCU

Objective：To explore the assessment methods and the satisfaction of the selected method of practical nurse in CCU. Methods：Practical nurses in CCU of our hospital from September 2009 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. In the first three weeks, practical nurses receive weekly weekend open - book examination （ experimental group 25 cases） and close - book examination （ control group 25 cases ）. At the forth weekend, all the student receive close - book examination,the questions of the two group were the same,after the examination,they fill an satisfaction questionnaire about the examination type. Results：The average score of the forth examination of the experimental group was（90.23 ~5.25） ,the score of the control group was （85.00 ~7.34） ,the two groups compared had statistical significance. The results of questionnaire indicated that the practical nurses were more satisfied with open - book examination than close - book examination. Conclusions： During the practical perlod, the satisfaction of open - close examination is higher than close -book examination,and this examination type improve the mean score of the final examination,this assessment methods is worthy of promotion in the nurse practice assessment.
