银尔通含漱联合地塞米松、利多卡因雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌放疗所致咽炎的疗效

目的:探讨银尔通含漱联合地塞米松、利多卡因雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌放疗性咽炎的临床效果。方法:将2011年11月～2012年6月本院住院的64例鼻咽癌放疗所致咽炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,观察组以银尔通含漱联合地塞米松、利多卡因雾化吸入治疗,对照组以生理盐水含漱联合地塞米松、利多卡因雾化吸入治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组。结论:银尔通含漱联合地塞米松、利多卡因雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌放疗所致咽炎临床效果好,使用安全,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the clinical effects of Yin Er Tong gargarisma combined with dexamethasone and lidocaine nebulization in the treatments of pharyngitis induced by nasopharyngeal darcinoma radiotherapy

Objectlve：To observe the clinical effects of Yin Er Tong gargarisma combined with dexamethasenc and lidocaine nebulization in the treatments of pharyngitis induced by radiotherapy. Metheds：64 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 33 cases in each group. In observation group,patients were treated by Yin Er Tong gargafisma combined therapy. In control group,patients were treated by physiological saline combined therapy, compared the effects of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that control group. Conclusion：The clinical effect of Yin Er Tong gargarisma combined therapy on pharyngitis induced by radiotherapy is significant and sdety. It is worth for generalization.
