摘    要:目的:观察音乐疗法对高位复杂肛瘘术后患者换药切口疼痛的效果。方法:将112例在我科行高位复杂性肛瘘手术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,两组患者均采用常规换药法,观察组患者在换药时播放音乐,在换药时和换药结束后10 min,采用视觉模拟疼痛评分法评估两组患者对疼痛的反应,并在5 d后调查观察组患者对音乐疗法的满意度。结果:换药结束后10 min观察组疼痛程度从术后第2 d起较对照组减轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在换药时两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:音乐疗法可适度减轻高位复杂性肛瘘患者换药后疼痛,增加舒适度,提高患者在换药时的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of music therapy on relieving patients' pain of incision dressing change after anal fistula surgery. Methods:112 patients with anal fistula surgery were randomly assigned to either observation of music intervention or a rest period. The music background was carried on the investigation in observation group while rest group without music. The patients were asked to answer VAS pain scores before and after the dressing change, the patient satisfaction was evaluated by the music therapy. Results:The patients' degree of pain in observation group was lower than the control group while the dressing change after 10 minutes, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the two groups patients' pain scores while the dressing change were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:The music therapy can provide a confirmed effect on reducing the degree of pain ,and in- crease degree of comfort modestly after change of dressing,it is worthy of clinical application.
