护理干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)患者在血液透析中常见并发症的原因,为其护理干预提供依据。方法:将我院就诊的94例DN血液透析患者随机分为对照组和干预组各47例。对照组仅采用常规护理,干预组实施全面护理干预,比较两组患者透析后的存活率及并发症的发生情况。结果:干预组患者透析后的存活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者低血压、高血压、心力衰竭、感染的并发症发生情况低于对照组,经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);心律失常、脑血管意外、低蛋白血症、视网膜病变的并发症发生情况低于对照组,但经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者在透析早期采取全面整体的护理干预,可减少并发症发生率,有效延长生存期限,提高生活质量。

Application of nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis

Objective：To study the diabetic nephropathy （DN） patients in hemodialysis complications in common reasons for its provide basis for the inter- vention of nursing. Methods：The 94 cases of DN hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group 47 eases with normal nurs- ing ,47 cases of intervention group implement comprehensive nursing intervention, compared the two groups after dialysis patients survival rate and complica- tions situation. Results ： The survival rate of patients after dialysis intervention group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Patients in the in- tervention group were hypotension, hypertension, heart failure, infection complications were lower than the control group, by comparison with statistical signifi- cance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; arrhythmia, cerebral vascular accident, hypoproteinemia, retinopathy complications were lower than the control group, but no statistical significance by comparison （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The patients with DN in dialysis early will take effective nursing measures, the possible complications timely to strengthen prevention, overall nursing intervention can prolong the survival period, improve the quality of life.
