个性化健康教育在伽玛刀治疗颅咽管瘤中的应用

目的:探讨个性化健康教育在伽玛刀治疗颅咽管瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:67例颅咽管瘤患者在伽玛刀治疗同时辅以个性化健康教育,观察其肿瘤有效抑制率、并发症发生率及症状改善率。结果:随访12个月时患者肿瘤有效抑制率为82.09%,随访期间并发症发生率为31.34%,症状改善率为80.60%。结论:个性化健康教育是颅咽管瘤患者完成伽玛刀治疗的一种较为有效、简单且经济的护理措施。

Application of personalized health education in Gamma knife treated craniopharyngioma

Objective ：To investigate the application effects of personalized health education in Gamma knife treated craniopharyngioma. Methods ：67 patients with craniopharyngioma were treated with Gamma knife as well as personalized health education,the rates of effective craniopharyngioma inhibitory,compli- cations and improved symptoms were observed. Results ： Follow - up of 12 months in patients with tumor inhibition rate was 82.09%, during the follow - up period,the complication rate was 31.34% ,improvement rate of symptoms was 80.60%. Conclusion：Individualized health education is an effective, simple and economic measures craniopharyngioma patients completed the Gamma knife therapy.
