成年糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织SOD、MDA含量变化

摘    要:目的研究成年糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。方法测定对照组(C)、胰岛素治疗糖尿病组(ID)、糖尿病组(D)大鼠重要器官组织SOD活力、MDA含量。结果大鼠心、肝、肺、脾、胰组织D组与C组比较,SOD活力下降(P<0.05、P<0.01),肝、脾、胰组织ID组与C组比较,SOD活力下降(P<0.05),肺D组与ID组比较,ID组SOD活力提高(P<0.05),肾组织SOD活力无变化;D组心、肺、胰、脾组织中MDA含量升高,与C组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);ID组心、胰、脾组织MDA含量与C组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),心、脾组织MDA含量ID组与D组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),肝、肾组织MDA含量无变化。结论糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织抗氧化酶水平低下,经胰岛素治疗后,有提高趋势。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the content changes of SOD and MDA in important organic tissues of adult diabetic rat. Methods SOD activity and MDA content in rats'tissues among control (C) group, diabetic (D) group and insulin therapy (ID) group were determined. Results SOD activity of D group significantly decreased in heart, liver, lung, spleen and pancreas comparing to that of C group (P<~0.01 , P<0.05), that of ID group significantly decreased in liver, spleen and pancreas comparing to that of C group (P<0.05), that of D group significantly increased in lung (P<0.05), but had no changes in kidney comparing to that of ID group. MDA content of D group significantly increased in heart, lung, pancreas and spleen comparing to that of C group (P<0.05, P<0.01); there were significant differences in MDA content in heart, pancreas and spleen between ID group and C group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and in heart and spleen between ID group and D group (P<0.05, P<0.01); there were no changes in MDA content in liver and kidney among three groups. Conclusions The low level of antioxidase in important organic tissues of diabetic rat should have tendency to increase by insulin therapy.
