健胃愈疡颗粒对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃组织bFGF表达的影响

目的观察健胃愈疡颗粒对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃组织bFGF表达的影响,探讨健胃愈疡颗粒的疗效机制。方法以Okeba改良法复制实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型,采用RT-PCR、免疫组化分别检测胃组织bFGF-mRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果造模后7d模型组大鼠胃溃疡组织bFGF-mRNA及蛋白表达增高,与正常组及假手术组差异明显(P<0.01);健胃愈疡组、法莫替丁组较模型组表达明显增高(P<0.01),健胃愈疡组与其它各组差异明显(P<0.01)。第14 d模型组、健胃愈疡组、法莫替丁组bFGF表达继续增加,健胃愈疡组表达最强,与其它各组比较差异明显(P<0.01)。结论健胃愈疡颗粒可促进bFGF的表达,这可能是其促进溃疡愈合,提高溃疡愈合质量,减少溃疡复发的分子基础之一。

Effects of Jianwei Yuyang Granules on Expression of bFGF in Gastric Mucosa in Rat with Experimental Gastric Ulcer

Objective To investigate the curative mechanism of Jianwei Yuyang Granules(JYG) and the effect of JYG on expression of bFGF in gastric mucosa in rat with experimental gastric ulcer(GU).Methods The model ulcer was prepared with Okeba's method with some modification,and the expression of bFGF in the mucosa was measured by RT-PCR and histochemistry.Results The expression of bFGF-mRNA and protein in model group was higher than that in normal group and sham-operated group(P<0.01),while that in JYG group was stronger than that in model group and controlling one(P<0.01)after 7 days;And the expression of bFGF were stronger constantly in the model,JYG and control groups,the strongest in LYG group than that in other groups(P<0.01)after 14 days.Conclusions JYG can increase the expression of bFGF in GU mucosa which may be the one basis of the mechanism to accelerate ulcer healing and reduce ulcer recurrence.
