速避凝治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

76例不稳定型心绞痛(USAP)患者随机分入A、B、C三个治疗组,三组在常规疗法基础上分别加用阿斯匹林(ASA),力抗栓(TP),低分子量肝素[速避凝(Far)] TP。一周后的结果显示,C组在心绞痛发作减少次数和硝酸甘油的减少量方面均明显优于A组和B组(P均<0.05),而B组又好于A组;镇痛药的减少量,C组明显优于A组(P<0.01)。治疗后12周内的心律失常及心衰发生率,C组明显少于A组(P均<0.05);发作性不稳定型心绞痛的例数,C组明显少于A组(P<0.01)和B组(P<0.05)。本研究表明,速避凝(Fra)与TP联用是治疗USAP的新疗法,其疗效理想,应用方便,副反应轻而少,值得在临床推广。

Clinical effects of treating unstable angina with Fraxiparine

Seventy -six patients with unstable angina petoris (USAP)were randomly assigned into group A, B and C Under the routine therapy, they were treated with Aspirin(ASA), Ticlid (TP), and Fraxiparine(Fra) Plus TP respectivly. A week later, the attark times of petoris and dosage of Nitroglycerin consumed of group C were obviously less than that of group A and B, While that of group B were less than that of group A (all P values< 0. 05) ;The dosage reduced of analgesics of group C was obviously more that of group A (P<0.01) .The rates of arrhymthmia and heart failure of group C were both lower than that of group A (both P values < 0. 05)within 12 weeks;the rate o( USAP attack of group C was lower than that of group A(P<0.01)and group B (P<0.05) .The study shows, combination of Fra and TP is a new therapy treating USAP. The therapeutic effects are ideal, while adverse reactions are few and slight. The therapy is easy to carry on,and should widly applicated.
