| 摘 要： | 大约有25％的癫痫患者对抗癫痫药物AEDs耐药，成为难治性癫痫（intractable epilepsy，IE），虽然绝大多数IE患者仍然渴望通过有效的药物或辅助疗法使病情得到控制，但日前为止，尚未发现一种对IE有明显疗效，且副作用小耐受性好的药物。针灸治疗癫痫特别是IE的辅助性治疗，具有较好改善症状、控制发作且几乎没有副作用的特色和疗效优势。但针灸治疗IE的作用机理是什么？本文就针刺治疗难治性癫痫的若干困惑作一简要探讨，并提出针刺治疗难治性癫痫的混沌控制假说。

| Abstract: | About 25% of epilepsy patients become intractable epilepsy IE owing to resistance to antiepileptic drugs(AEDs).Most of them hoped to control the disease by more effective drugs or adjuvant treatment,but the drugs with obviously curative effect,little side effect and good resistance had been not found yet.What was the mechanism on acupuncture treatment of intractable epilepsy? Several stumbles about acupuncture treatment of IE have been approached and we proposed chaos control hypothesis on IE in the paper. |
