广东省学生青春发育年龄特征的研究

以1995年广东省7～18岁城乡共15840名学生生长发育调查资料的分析为基础，结合1991、1985、1979、1963、1952年调查结果，对各年代的青春期发育开始年龄、身高最大增长年龄与增长幅度、男女生长曲线交叉年龄和交叉时的均值、平均月经初潮增次遗精年龄及青春发育后期开始年龄等的研究得出：我省学生青春期发育存在着逐步提前的长期趋势。这一趋势表现在学生青春发育开始年龄、月经初潮／首次遗精平均年龄、青春发育后期开始年龄的提前。学生青春发育的提前，使学生健康教育中有关性卫生知识的教学安排出现滞后现象。性卫生知识课，应安排在女生发生月经初潮前（小学四年级）讲授。

The Age Attributes in Adolescence Development in Guangdong

Bases on the data form a survey of 15840 students in 1995, in combination with thedata from the surveys in 1952, 1963, 1974, 1985and 1991, the indexes including age of growth spereding, menarche/first spemorrhea and cross-point of growth curves of males and femfales are calculatd. There is a secular trend of the adolescence development. It is represented by the earlier age of adolescence. The earlier adolescence development suggests that the health educaion, specially the sexeducation, should be in advance, for instance, before 4 grade in the primary schcol for female students.
