| 摘 要： | 目的135例高血压脑出血患者微创治疗的临床观察。方法采用改良的"二次定位法",应用YL-Ⅰ型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针进行微创治疗。结果意识及肢体功能恢复较好,再出血率18.5%,病死率14.1%。结论"二次定位"法提高了临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe 135 cases of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients with mini-wound treatment.MethodsImproved re-position method and mini-wound treatment with YL-I style heamatona smash puncture were used.ResultsConsciousness and limbs function recovered better.The re-haemorrhsge rate was 18.5% and the mortality was 14.1%.Conclusion Re-location method improvs the effect of clinical treatment. |
