盐酸布替萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病疗效观察

目的探讨盐酸布替萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病的临床疗效。方法使用1%盐酸布替萘芬软膏,早、晚各1次薄薄涂于患处,1～4周判断疗效;并以克霉唑软膏作对照。结果盐酸布替萘芬软膏治疗体股癣痊愈率59.01%,有效率和真菌清除率均95.45%;治疗手足癣痊愈率为44.44%,有效率为92.60%,真菌清除率为88.89%;治疗花斑癣痊愈率为56.25%,有效率为93.75%,真菌清除率93.75%。各病种治疗组与对照组治愈率、有效率及真菌清除率分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论盐酸布替萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病安全、有效。

Clinical Observation on Treating Superficial Mycosis with Hydrochloric Acid Butenafine Cream

Objective To observe the clinical effect on treating superficial mycosis with hydrochloric acid butenafine cream. Methods 120 superficial mycosis patients including 40 tinea corporis and tinea cruris patients, 50 tinea of feet and hands patients and 30 tinea versicolor patients were involved the experiment. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. 69 patients in the treated group were besmeared with hydrochloric acid butenafine cream and 51 patients in the control group were besmeared with clotrimazole cream 2 times daily. The tinea corporis and tinea cruris patients were treated for 2 weeks, while the tinea of feet and hands patients and tinea versicolor patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results Significant difference in the rate of curing, efficacy and fungal clearance were seen between the two groups in each entity(all P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effects of treating superficial mycosis with hydrochloric acid butenafine cream were superior to that of treating with clotrimazole cream.
