松龄血脉康治疗后循环缺血疗效观察

目的观察松龄血脉康联合西比灵治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 80例后循环缺血的患者随机分为松龄血脉康胶囊联合西比林治疗组（42例）及西比灵治疗组（38例）,两组都同时针对病因进行治疗。观察两组多普勒超声的指标及血液流变学。结果治疗组治疗后平均血流速度增高,阻力指数明显降低（P〈0·05）,两组用药后全血黏度、血浆黏度均有所降低,但治疗组与对照组相比,差异有显著意义。结论松龄血脉康胶囊与西比灵联合使用对后循环缺血的临床症状、血流动力学指标、血液流变学指标改善优予单用西比灵。

Curative Effect Observation on Songlingxuemaikang to Rear-cycle Ischemia

Objective To study the curative effect of Rear-cycle Ischemia Vertiginous by Songlingxuemaikang and Sebilium. Methods 80 patients of Rear-cycle Ischemia were divided into two groups randomly, the treament goup （42） were treated with both Songlingxuemaikang and Sebilium, the control group （38） were treated with Sebiliumonly. Dopper index and hemarhelogy were observed and compared. Results Regarding to the treament groupp, the Vm increased and the RI decreased much （P005）. The difference was notable although the whole blood viscosity and bloodplasma viscosity lowed down to some extent for both treatment group and control group. Conclusion Regarding to improvement of rear-cycle ischemia in clinical symptoms, haemodynamics index and hemarheology index of the combination Songlingxuemaikang capsule and Sebilium is superior to Sebilium.
