| 摘 要： | 用肿立消加地高辛治疗35例心力衰竭患者，观察治疗后患者血清地高辛和镁离子浓度的变化，并与30例只用地高辛及35例双克噻加地高辛治疗的患者对比。结果：口服肿立消5天内血清地高辛浓度较对照组无显著升高（P＞0．05），但10天后明显升高（P＜0．05）；血镁血钾离子浓度无明显变化．本研究提示肿立消对血清电解质无影响，但连续脸用10天后可升高地高辛浓度。

| Abstract: | Thirty-five patients with congestive heart failure were handled by giving ZhongIixiao (ZLX) plusdigoxin, the changes of serum levels of digoxin and magnesium ions influenced by ZLX were observedand compared with those of control groups consisting of 30 patients treated-with digoxin only, and of35 patients treated with hydrochlor0thiazide plus digoxin. The results showed that after treatmentwith oral ZLX for 5 days, the serum levels of digoxin did not singnificantly become higher than thoseof control groups (P>0. 05), but after 10 days, they were singnificantly higher than those of controlgroups (P<0. 05 ). There were no changes in serum levels of magnesium ions or potassium ions aftertreatment with ZLX. Our data suggested that ZLX had no effect on serum electr0lyte, but it mightincrease serum levels of digoxin after 10 days. |
