大学生职业规划教学实践与学生评价调查研究

为提高学生就业能力，更好地适应社会需求，实现“人尽其才、才尽其用”，大学生职业生涯规划课程的开设至关重要。课程开设以来取得了良好的教学效果，学生给予肯定的评价，许多同学深刻认识到职业规划的重要意义。这些成绩的取得主要是取决于正确理解职业生涯规划教育，教学实践紧扣主题，充分发挥第二课堂的补充和推动作用，注重师资培养与队伍建设，调动学生辅导员的积极性。同时，在教学实践中也存在许多问题，需要积极探索和改革。

Exploration into the College Students'Job Plan Course and Evaluation by Students

To improve student＇ s employment ability and satisfy the demand of society , and ＂tap manpower to the full＂ it is important to have a new course of student＇ s professional career planning into the curriculum. The new course is well accepted and evaluated highly by students. Many students begin to know the importance of the course. The achievement is made based on correct understanding the role it plays in concert with practice. It can be considered supplement for the second class work . As a result teacher and student counsellors＇ initiatives are promoted. However, there are still some defects needed to be solved.
