大剂量促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的疗效观察

目的对比观察重组人红细胞生成素（益比奥）1万u每周1次及3000u每周3次皮下注射的疗效。方法将尿毒症合并肾性贫血的维持性血液透析患者30例分为两组。益比奥1万u实验组15例,3000u对照组15例。治疗期间监测血常规、血脂、肝肾功能、电解质、血压等指标及患者出现的各种不良反应。结果实验组与对照组总有效率均为90%,治疗前后白细胞、血小板、血脂、肝肾功能、电解质无明显变化。结论大剂量益比奥每周1次皮下注射治疗肾性贫血安全可靠,疗效确切,患者依从性好,不良反应发生率两组相似。

The observation of curative effect for large dosage of erythropoietin against renal anemia

Objective To observe and contrast the curative effect for creating erythropoietin by 10000u one week and 3000u three times one week. Method Divided 30 patients into two groups. One is 15 cases with 10000u and the other with 3000 u. During the period, obsened plasma lipids, the function of liver and kidney , electrolyte, blood pressure and all kinds of bad effects. Resnlt The curative effects of two groups were about 90%. All norms have no obvious changes. Conclusion Treatment with large dosage （ 10 000 u） one week against renal anemia is safe, the curative effect is precise , the patients can follow the doctor＇s advice and bad effects are similar for two groups.
