家兔多器官衰竭过程中血液流变学的变化

摘    要:应用家兔MOF动物模型,测定血液流变学多项指标。从实验后24小时开始全血、血浆粘度和血浆纤维蛋白原含量增高,血沉加快,红细胞聚集增强,以48小时或72小时最为明显。结果提示,血液流变学变化,在MOF的发生发展中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Rabbit Multiple Organ Failure (MOF) model is adopted in monitoring a number of bemorheological indexes. The MOF animals demonstrated significant changes in the indexes in 24 hrs after the experiment was conducted. It has been observed, most clearly 48 or 72 hrs after the experiment, that the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and the content of plasma fibrinogen had been increased, the erythrocyte redimentation rate quickened, and the aggregation of erythrocytes strengthened, while no striking changes were observed among the animals in the contrast group. The result of the experiment ruggests that the changes of the hemorheological indexes may play an important role in the development of the MOF.
