摘    要:报道从虾蟹甲壳制备壳聚糖的改进工艺,比传统的生产工艺缩短了制备周期,节约了能源和原材料。

Abstract:This paper has reported a modified technology for preparing Chitosan from shrimp and crab shells. By comparing to the traditional method, this technology has shortened the preparation period, saved energy resource, caustic soda and other raw materials.
