| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，农村卫生事业有很大发展，农村居民健康水平进一步提高，但在经济体制转轨过程中，农村卫生工作出现一些新情况，新问题，需要多方面配套改革，探索农村基层医疗机构产权形式多样化，实施新的分类管理制度，完善农村三级卫生服务网；建立适应农村不同经济发展水平的多种形式医疗保障制度。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open, rural health has developed greatly. The health status of country residents improved, also. However, because of the change of economic system, rural health was faced with new problems that need various pertinent reforms. We should explore multiple pattern of property right, implement new classified management system, perfect three-grade health service net, and establish various medical security systems to meet different economic condition. |
