| 摘 要： | 本文通过采用国际上通用的SWOT（Strength、weakness、Opportunity、Threat）分析法，对我校任职教育的外部环境和内部环境进行分析，以期从中发现我校任职教育生存和发展的机会与威胁，找出自身的优势与劣势，为进一步搞好任职教育提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | By the means of SWOT(Strength,Weakness,Opportunity,Threat)method which is generally internationally used,this article analyzed the external and internal environment of post-oriented education in our school,and expected to find out the opportunity and threat for existence and development and find out its own advantages and disadvantages,and to provide a dependable basis for further efforts of post-oriented education. |
