时辰节律与冠心病心肌缺血及心律失常的相关研究

摘    要:目的:探讨冠心病心肌缺血、心律失常与时辰的相关性。方法:通过动态心电图检查对85例冠心病患者心肌缺血、心律失常在卯、午、酉、子四个时辰进行观察比较。结果:心肌缺血各时辰组比较,心肌缺血发作以卯时发生最多,但无心绞痛症状组子时发生明显多于有心绞痛症状组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);心律失常各时辰组比较,卯时、子时早搏分布最多,尤与心肌缺血有关,比较有显著差异(P<0.01);男女两组各时辰组心率比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:时辰节律符合中医阴阳消长规律,也为临床时间治疗学提供了客观依据。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia and time interval in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia of 85 patients with coronary heart disease were studied by Holter monitoring electrocardiogram in Mao-two-hour period, Wu-two-hour period, You two-hour period and Zi-two-hour period. Result: Occurrence in Mao-two-hour period was most frequently among the group of myocardial ischemia divided by time interval rhythm, but myocardial ischemia occurrence of the group without angina pectoris symptom was obviously much than the one with angina pectoris symptom. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Distribute in Mao-two-hour period and Zi-two-hour period was most frequently among the group of arrhythmia divided by time interval rhythm, specially relating to myocardial ischemia. There were significant difference among the groups (P<0.01). The heart rate of male group and female group in different time interval had significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Time interval rhythm answers for the law of waxing and waning of Yin and Yang in the Chinese medicine, and offers objective basis for clinical chronotherapeutics.
