| 摘 要： | 目的:观察追风透骨丸合西比灵治疗颈动脉狭窄性眩晕的疗效。方法:筛选352例典型颈动脉狭窄性眩晕患者为治疗组,给予追风透骨丸合西比灵口服。同时另筛选352例颈动脉狭窄性眩晕患者作为对照组,给予西比灵合洛伐他汀口服。2组均于治疗6个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率88.10%,对照组总有效率66.76%。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:追风透骨丸合西比灵治疗颈动脉狭窄性眩晕有较好的临床效果。
