p27、bcl-2、Ki-67在胃肠道间质瘤的表达及其意义

目的:探讨p27、bcl-2、Ki-67在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测57例GIST患者中p27、bcl-2、Ki-67、CD117、CD34的表达。结果:本组57例GIST中p27阳性率为53％,bcl-2阳性率为58％,Ki-67阳性率为40％。良性、交界性、恶性GIST组中p27阳性表达率降低(P<0．05),Ki-67阳性表达率增高(P<0．05),bcl-2阳性表达率有增高的趋势(P=0．07)。p27与bcl-2、p27与Ki-67两者之间均具有相关性(P<0．05)。57例GIST中CD117阳性率为83％,CD34阳性率为75％,CD117和CD34均为阳性36例(63％),14例CD34阴性病例CD117均为阳性。良性、交界性、恶性GIST组中CD117阳性表达率、CD34阳性表达率差别均无显著性。结论:p27、bcl-2、Ki-67联合检测可作为预测GIST恶性潜能一项参考指标;CD117和CD34联合检测是诊断GIST重要的参考指标。

Expression of p27, bcl - 2 and Ki - 67 in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumour

Objective: To explore the expression of p27, bcl - 2 and Ki - 67 and their relationships in gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods: The expression of p27, bcl - 2, Ki - 67, CD117 and CD34 were detected by Elivision immunohistochem istry.Results:The positive expression of p27 was 53%, bcl - 2 was 58% , Ki - 67 was 40% . p27 was expressed significantly lower in bordline tuomors and malignant groups (P < 0.05). bcl - 2 and Ki - 67 were adversely expressed higher in bordline tuomors malignant groups (P<0.05). The positive expression of CD117 was 83%, CD34 was 75% . All 14 cases negtive of CD34 were positive of CD117. But there were no significance of CD117 and CD34 among three groups (P > 0. 05) Conclusion: The abnormal expression of p27, bcl - 2 and Ki - 67 can be used as biological figures for predicting malignant progression. CD117 and CD34 might be potential markers in diagnoses for GIST.
