| 摘 要： | 目的]了解阳泉市各类监测人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染状况,为制定各项防治措施提供依据。方法]对2008~2010年阳泉市5类监测人群血清HIV抗体、HCV抗体检测资料进行描述性分析。结果]2008~2010年合计检测3 440人,检出HIV抗体阳性者5例,阳性率为0.14%。其中性病门诊病人检出3例,吸毒人群检出2例,均为男性,年龄19、20、35、42、43岁;检出HCV抗体阳性者25例,阳性率为0.93%,其中性病门诊病人检出12例,吸毒人群检出5例,流动人口检出3例,暗娼人群检出5例,前三类均为男性,年龄19~52岁。吸毒人群中检出1例HIV抗体和HCV抗体均阳性者。结论]阳泉市哨点人群HIV和HCV阳性检出率较低,今后应继续加强对这类人群的监测和管理。
