摘    要:目的]了解大连市食物中毒的发生规律,为制订有效预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法]对大连市2002~2008年食物中毒发生情况进行分析。结果]2002~2008年累计受理疑似食物中毒投诉457起,确定食物中毒102起,中毒2 008人,其中死亡7人,病死率为0.35%。102起食物中毒中,细菌性食物中毒占75.49%,动物性食物中毒占4.90%,植物性食物中毒占15.69%,化学性食物中毒占3.92%;凉拌菜引起的占13.73%,海产品引起的占15.69%,毒蕈引起的占10.78%,肉类引起的占12.75%,四季豆引起的占2.94%,亚硝酸盐引起的占2.94%,不明食物引起的占41.18%;发生在第三季度、第二季度、第一季度、第四季度的分别占70.59%、24.51%、2.94%、1.96%。2 008例食物中毒者中,外地游客占44.42%,学生占20.87%,集体单位人员占14.49%,其他人员占20.22%。7例死亡者均为毒蕈中毒。结论]大连市食物中毒以外地游客为主,主要为细菌性食物中毒,死亡者均为毒蕈中毒。
