| 摘 要： | 目的]了解滨州市艾滋病流行特征,探讨防治对策。方法]对1995~2009年滨州市检出的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者资料进行分析。结果]1995~2009年滨州市累计报告HIV感染者64例,其中艾滋病病人9例,死亡10例。64例中,男性39例,女性25例;15~39岁52例,农民35例;分布在全市7个县(区);1995~2004年10例,2005~2009年54例;感染途径为性接触的44例(异性性接触35例、同性性接触9例),吸毒感染8例,有偿献血感染7例,母婴传播1例,传播途径不详4例。结论]滨州市艾滋病处于低流行期,性传播为最主要的感染途径。

| Abstract: | Objective]To understand the characteristic of the prevalence of AIDS in Binzhou and explore prevention and control measures.Methods]Data of the cases infected with AIDS from 1995 to 2009 in Binzhou were analyzed.Results]Of the 64 cases infected with HIV reported from 1995 to 2009,9 of them were AIDS patients and 10 cases died,of the 64 cases,39 of them were male and 25 of them were female.52 of them were at the age from 15 to 39,35 of them were peasants.The cases were distributed in 7 counties(districts)... |
