中枢神经细胞瘤9例CT及MRI表现

目的探讨中枢神经细胞瘤（Centralneurocytoma，CNC）的CT及MRI表现。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的CNC9例。分析其CT及MRI表现。结果本组病例中肿瘤均位于侧脑室透明隔前2／3，靠近Monro孔处，在CT上呈等或稍高密度影，在MRIT1WI呈等或稍低信号，T2WI呈不均匀高信号，增强后可见不均匀轻到中度强化。肿瘤多可见囊变，边缘清晰。术后病理诊断为CNC。结论青年人位于透明隔、侧脑室前角的肿瘤，诊断应考虑CNC，CT与MRI有助于诊断此病。

The CT and MRI Findings of central neurocytoma in 9 cases

Objective To investigate CT and MRI findings of central neurocytoma. Methods CT and MRI data of 9 cases with central neurocytoma confirmed by surgical histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The lesions were located in lateral ventricles or anterior two thirds of septum pellucidum and near monro's foramen.
