| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能异常患儿血清白细胞介素8(IL8)水平的变化,以及IL8在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)发病中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对30例甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患儿和16例甲状腺功能减低(甲低)患儿及20例健康儿童分别检测血清IL8的含量。结果甲亢和甲低患儿血清IL8水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),但甲亢和甲低患儿之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。甲状腺功能异常患儿治疗缓解后血清IL8明显下降,与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论IL8参与AITD的发病过程,检测血清IL8水平变化可作为AITD患儿治疗效果及预后判断的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin 8(IL-8) level in children with thyroid disfunction and its clinical significance in children with autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD).Method Serum IL-8 of 30 children with hyperthyroidism,16 children with hypotyroidism and 20 health children were detected by double antibody enzyme linked immunossorbent assay(ELISA).Results Serum IL-8 levels in hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism children were significantly higher than that in controls(P<0.05),but there was no difference between hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism children(P>0.05).With the remission of the diseases, IL-8 levels decreased; there was a significant difference between serum IL-8 levels in patients before and after therapy (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IL-8 participates in the disease process of AITD,and it can be used as a parameter for evaluating the effect of therapy and prognosis of the diseases. |
