| 摘 要： | 从用现代护理观武装全体护理工作的头脑，实现护理观念的转变，转变护理模式，全面提高护理质量；逐步完善护理支持系统，保证整体护理工作的实施等方面对所采用的措施及效果进行了探讨和评价，从中总结经验，体会到转变护理观念是开展整体护理的前提，转变护理模式是提高整体护理质量的重要保证，逐步完善护理支持系统是深入开展整体护理的重要保障。

| Abstract: | We use the conception of morden nursing to change our nurses old conception of nursing,and then change our nurse model to impove the nursing quality;Step by step we perfect the nursing assistant system to ensure the development of our holistic nursing.From these work we realise that the change of nursing conception is the precondition of developing holistic nursing,and the changing of nurse model is the guarantee of improving the nursing quality,and also perfecting the nursing assistant system is very important to our developing holistic nursing. |
