肝脏不典型腺瘤样增生结节及局灶癌变的早期CT和MRI诊断

目的探讨分析肝脏不典型腺瘤样增生结节及局灶癌变的早期CT和MRI表现和诊断价值。方法利用16排螺旋CT和MRI进行平扫和增强检查，并对其表现进行回顾性分析。结果肝脏不典型腺瘤样增生结节及局灶癌变CT表现缺乏特异性，但动态增强扫描能帮助确认癌前病变是多血供还是少血供。其MRI表现为T1WI呈高或稍高信号，T2WI上为低或稍低信号，用脂肪抑制后T1WI的高或稍高信号无变化。当病灶有信号的变化，其内出现了脂肪变和血流动力学的改变，强烈提示癌变的可能性。结论CT和MRI对肝脏不典型腺瘤样增生结节及局灶癌变的早期诊断帮助很大，尤其是MRI，对其局灶癌变的检出和定性诊断较容易，且准确性较高，应做为首选的检查方法。
