改变冲洗液温度解除前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的临床观察

目的研究改变冲洗液温度,解除前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的效果。方法对前列腺摘除术后出现膀胱痉挛的50例患者随机分治疗组和对照组,两组患者均在出现膀胱痉挛后,治疗组用25～30℃的灭菌生理盐水冲洗膀胱,对照组皮下注射阿托品0.5mg或肌注曲马多100mg,于10分钟及20分钟分别观察其好转率及治愈率。结果10分钟及20分钟的好转率分别为:治疗组88%,对照组32%;治疗组100%,对照组56%;10分钟及20分钟的治愈率分别为:治疗组84%,对照组8.0%;治疗组96%,对照组48%。治疗组10分钟及20分钟的好转率及治愈率明显高于对照组,两组比较p<0.05。结论膀胱痉挛与膀胱冲洗液的温度有直接的影响,用25～30℃的灭菌生理盐水冲洗膀胱能使膀胱痉挛迅速好转或治愈。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF CHANGING TEMPERATURE OF WASHING FLUID FOR BLADDER CONVULSION AFTER EXTIRPATING PROSTATE OPERATION

Objective Research of changing the Temperature of washing fluid, In order to relieve the bladder convulsion effect after extirpating prostate operation. Methods Part 50 people who bear the bladder convulsion after extirpating prostate operation into two teams randomly, one is treatment team, the other is comparison team, the two teams are bladder convulsion after extirpating prostate operation. The treatment team's bladder is washed by 25-30℃ bactericidal physiological saline, the comparison team is hyodermic Atropine 0.5mg or intramascular injection Tramadol 100mg,observing the mend rate and cure rate after 10 minutes and 20 minutes. Results After10 minutes and 20 minutes, the result of mend rate as below:the treatment team88%,the comparison team 32%;the treatment team100%,the comparison team 56%;After 10 minutes and 20 minutes, the result of cure rate as below:the treatment team 84%,the comparison team 8.0%;the treatment team 96%,the comparison team 48%. After 10 minutes and 20 minutes, the mend rate and the cure rate of the treatment team is much higher than the comparison team,the two team compare p<0.05. Conclusion Bladder convulsion is effected by the temperature of washing fluid directly. Bladder convulsion could be mended or cured by washing 25-30℃ bactericidal physiological saline quickly.
