综合医院2011年医院感染现患率调查分析

目的：了解医院感染现患率、医院感染部位分布构成比、病原学送检率和抗菌药物使用情况。方法：采取床旁调查与查阅病历相结合的方法，填写个案调查表，对调查结果进行统计分析。结果：调查住院患者1110例，发生医院感染人数53例，感染例次为57例次，医院感染现患率为4．77％，例次现患率为5．14％；感染部位以下呼吸道居首位；血液内科、神经内科、普外科、综合ICU为高发科室；抗菌药物使用率为39．37％。结论：现患率调查方便、快捷，能真实反映感染现状，能够有的放矢地开展医院感染目标性监测，加强重点人群、重点部位医院感染的控钳，提高临床病原学送检率，规范抗菌药物合理使用，减少耐药菌的产生。

Investigation and analysis of nosocomial infection rate in 2011 in general hospital

Objective：To investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infection, nosocomial infection site distribution proportion, the pathoge-ni~ detection rate and the usage of antibacterial drugs. Methods：Used the bedside investigation and review of medical records combination method, filled in the questionnaire of case, the results of the investigation and statistical analysis. Results：Investigated of hospitalized patients with I 110 cases,53 cases of nosocomlal infections, infections of 57 cases, the infection rate was4.77%, the case prevalence rate was 5.14%. The site of infection following respiratory tract ranked firet;blcod department of internal medicine, neurological department of internal medicine, department of general surgery and integrated ICU were the highly - relative department. The usage rate of antimicrebial drugs was 39.37 %. Conclusion ： The prevalence of convenient, fast, can reflect the infection status, can have a definite object in view of hospital infection surveillance, strengthen the focus groups, key parts of the hospital infection control, improve clinical pathogen- ic detection rate, for the rational use of antimicrobial agents, reducing drug - resistant bacteria produce.
