摘    要:目的:分析并评价重症监护护理评分系统(]CNSS)应用于ICU护理人力资源配置评估方面的效果。方法:将我院ICU收治的107例患者随机分成试验组56例与对照组51例,对照组患者采用平均分床方法实施护理;试验组采用ICNSS量表进行护理工作量评估,再按照评估情况合理配置护理资源。对两组患者的ICU住院天数、住院费用、压疮以及医院感染等并发症发生率进行比较;通过调查问卷的方式对患者与家属对护理工作的满意度以及护理人员对人力资源配置的满意度进行评价。结果:试验组患者的ICU住院天数、住院费用以及并发症发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05),护理人员对护理资源配置及患者与家属对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:通过ICNSS量表开展护理人力资源配置,能够有效提高医院的护理质量以及护理人员、患者及家属的满意率,该方法值程.ICU推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effect of intensive care nursing scoring system (ICNSS) used in the ICU nursing human resources assess- ment. Methods: 107 patients admired to the ICU of our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (56 cases) and control group (51 cases) , control group patients with an average of sub -bed implementation of care; experimental group used ICNSS scale nursing workload assessment rational allo- cation of nursing resources in accordance with the assessment of the situation. Days of hospitalization in the ICU, hospital expenses, and complications of pressure ulcers and hospital infection rates were compared for two groups of patients. Through a questionnaire on the satisfaction of the patients and their fam- ilies for care work and nursing staff satisfaction with the human resource allocation to assess the extent. Results: The experimental group patients' ICU length of stay, hospital spending,and complications rate was lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), nurses on nursing resources allocation, patients and family members of the satisfaction to the nursing work was higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Through the ICNSS scale to carry out nursing human resource allocation, can effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve the satisfaetion rate of nursing staff, patients and their families, the method is worthy of wide application in the ICU.
