护理干预在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

目的：探讨护理干预在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法：对2010年11～12月期间收治人院的73例慢性心力衰竭患者进行6rain步行试验并进行护理干预（干预组），与同年9～10月期间73例进行6min步行试验但不进行护理干预（对照组）做对照，观察其护理效果。结果：干预组经护理干预后疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。干预组临床不良事件发生率低于对照组，但经比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。与对照组比较，干预组患者运动后血压、心率及运动中最高心率更趋于正常，平均运动距离更远（P〈0．05）。结论：6min步行试验是评价慢性心力衰竭患者运动耐量的重要方法，在进行评估试验时积极采取防护措施对防止发生不良事件具有重要作用。

Application effect of nursing interention in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective：To investigate the application effect of nursing ihlervention in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods：From November to Decem- ber in 2010, 73 patients with chronic heart failure patients admitted to hospital admission 6 - minutes walk test and nursing intervention （ as＇intervention group）, from September to October in 2011,73 cases with a 6 - minutes walk test but not did nursing intervention （ as control group）, observed the nursing effect of two groups. Results： The intervention group after nursing intervention efficacy was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The inci- dence of clinical adverse events of the intervention group was lower than the control group, but no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the intervention group after exercise, blood pressure, heart rate and maximum heart rate movements tend to be more normal, the average move- ment farther （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The 6 - minutes walk test is an important method of evaluation the chronic heart failure patients exercise tolerance during the assessment test positive have an important role to take protective measures to prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
