1699例皮肤科住院患者的临床分析与护理对策

目的：探讨皮肤科住院患者的患病情况、构成比例及相关因素，为制定有针对性的护理对策提供依据。方法：选取1699例皮肤病住院患者资料，对其所属病种、年龄、性别等情况进行统计分析。结果：皮肤病住院患者男女之比为1．19：1，前8位依次是带状疱疹、荨麻疹、银屑病、药疹、湿疹、过敏性紫癜、接触性皮炎、神经性皮炎，占患者总数的60．56％；银屑病、湿疹、神经性皮炎男性明显高于女性。结论：以皮肤科住院患者的构成比为依据，有针对性地进行多发病以及难治性皮肤病的培训，以提高护理人员的业务水平。同时加强健康生活方式的宣传，减少疾病的复发。

Clinical analysis and nursing countermeasure of 1699 cases in hospitalized patients with skin disease

Objective ：To explore the hospitalized patients in department of dermatology, composition ratio of prevalence and related factors of patients, pro- vide the basts for the targeted nursing measures. Methods ： Chose 1699 cases of skin disease in hospitalized patients with information, of the disease, age, gen- der,statistlcal analysis. Results：Skln disease in hospitalized patients with the gender ratio was 1.19 ： 1 ;top 8 in order were herpes zoster,urticaria,psofia- sis, drug eruptions, eczema, allergic purpura, contact dermatitis, neurodermatitis ,60.56% percent of the patients ; psoriasis, eczema, neurodermatitis in male was obviously higher than that of female. Conclusion ： In the department of dermatology in hospitalized patients with constituent ratio as the basis ,targeted for disease and refractory skin diseases of training, to improve the nursing personnel＇s vocational level. At the same time, strengthen the promotion of a healthy li- festyle, reduce disease recurrence.
