护理干预对独生子女精神分裂症患者的疗效及自知力的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对独生子女精神分裂症患者的疗效及自知力的影响。方法：将60例独生子女精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用护理干预，用阴性和阳性症状量表（PANSS）和自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）在忠蕾入组时和住院4周、8周和12周时进行评定。结果：独生子女精神分裂症经过治疗和护理后，PANSS总分评定，研究组和对照组在住院4周、8周和12周时，患者的病情比治疗前都有明显的改善，但是不同时期研究组的改善比对照组明显，存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组患者住院12周时ITAQ评分明显高于对照组，研究组自知力明显优于对照组，存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：正确的护理干预，能够有效缓解独生子女精神分裂症患者的临床症状，促进其自知力的恢复。

Effect of nursing intervention on single child with schizophrenia curative effect and insight

Objective ： To study the effect of nursing intervention on single child with schizophrenia curative effect and insight. Methods ：60 eases of the s!ngle child with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group with routine nursing, the study group used nursing intervention,with positive symptoms and negative symptoms scale （PANSS） and insight and treatment of attitudes questionnaire （ITAQ） ,patients in two groups and 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks for evaluation. Results：After treatment and nursing,the single child schizophrenia, PANSS total score evaluation, the study group and the control group in four, eight and 12 weeks, patients condition than before treatment has significantly improved, but after nursing intervention patients, improvement of the study group than the control group significantly in different periods, there was signifi- cant d!fference （ P 〈 0.05）. Scorce was scoring higher than the control group at 12 weeks of the study group, research insight and significantly better than control groups, significant differences exist （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Proper nursing intervention can effectively relieve the single child with schizophrenia clinical symptoms ,promot the recovery of insight.
