蒲黄单体对内皮细胞的保护作用:形态学研究

摘    要:体外培养血管内皮细胞。模拟体内纤维蛋白予以损伤,并给予中药蒲黄单体以观察其对内皮细胞的保护作用,实验借助扫描电镜观察内皮细胞形态变化。结果表明:(1)内皮细胞与纤维蛋白接触48小时后,细胞明显皱缩,多数细胞脱落或解体;(2)同时加入蒲黄单体组,细胞损伤明显减轻,脱落减少,多数细胞排列规则,形态正常,尤以单体Y_4的保护作用更显著;(3)血管平滑肌细胞在同样纤维蛋白作用条件下,其形态无明显改变。

Abstract:The present study revealed that the monomers extracted from a Chinese herb drug Pollen Typhae could protect cultured vascular endothelial cell from injury by fibrin. The results demonstrated that: (1) After contact with fibrin (0.1mg/ml) for 48 hours, the endothelial cells showed marked morphological changes under scanning electron microscope, resulting in disorganization of the normal endothelial monolayer. Some cells were separated from their neighbors; a number of them became denuded and degraded. (2) The cells treated with Pollen Typhae monomers showed no significant change in shape, only a few of them were denuded after contact with fibrin far 48 hours. The protective effect of monomer Y, was especially prominent. (3) The smooth muscle cells were almost normal in marphology under similar condition of fibrin action.
