聚氨酯—肝素接枝共聚反应和材料表面的初步分析

摘    要:医用离分子材料的抗凝血性能是人工器官的一个基本要求。型号为Pellethane 2363-80A的聚氨酯是具有良好的血液相容性的材料。作者在聚氯酯的表面以共价健方式与肝素直接接枝共聚。并且对聚氨酯肝素的接枝共聚物和聚氨酯两种材料的表面进行接触角的测定以及体外凝血时间的测试,结果表明前者材料的抗凝血性能优于后者;经X射线光电子能谱的分析表明,我们采用低温等离子体合成方法,在聚氨酯表面与肝素以共价健方式接枝共聚已获得成功。

Abstract:Anticoagulability of the biopolymer material is one of the essentials for artificial organs. Polyurethane material (Pellethane 2363-80A) has good blood compatibility. We have covalently grafted heparin upon the surface of polyurethane and compared the graft copolymer with polyurethane in terms of contact angles and blood clotting. The results showed that, the anticoagulability of graft-copolymer is better than that of pure polyurethane material. Graft-copolymerizing heparin upon the surface of polyurethane using cold plasma treatment, we have succeeded in as was evidenced by x-ray photoelectron spectrometry.
