| 摘 要： | 在非小细胞肺癌(non small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者的治疗过程中,放疗发挥着不可替代的作用。由于放疗疗效与放疗敏感性密切相关,因此对于放疗敏感性的研究成为近年来热门的研究方向之一。国内外学者研究发现对于NSCLC患者表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)基因的不同表达情况,其放疗敏感性有着明显的差异。现就NSCLC患者EGFR基因与放疗敏感性有关的研究进展进行综述,希望以此在临床治疗中带来新思路。
