| 摘 要： | 目的研究醒脑静注射液联合脑苷肌肽注射液治疗高血压脑出血的效果及对水肿的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月甘肃医学院附属医院的100例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用脑苷肌肽注射液治疗,观察组采用醒脑静注射液联合脑苷肌肽注射液治疗。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的NO和IGF-1水平明显升高(P<0.05),MIF水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组更为明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后的脑水肿和血肿体积明显降低(P<0.05),观察组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合脑苷肌肽注射液能减轻高血压脑出血患者的脑水肿,提升IGF-1、NO水平,降低MIF水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Brain Glycoside Peptide Injection on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on edema.Methods Selected 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from Jan.2018 to Jan.2019,were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Brain Glycoside Peptide Injection,while the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection combined with Brain Glycoside Peptide Injection.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and IGF-1 were increased significantly(P<0.05),and the MIF level was decreased significantly(P<0.05),especially in the observation group(P<0.05),and the volume of brain edema and hematoma were decreased significantly(P<0.05),especially in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection combined with Brain Glycoside Peptide Injection can alleviate brain edema in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,increase the levels of IGF-1 and NO,and reduce the level of MIF,which is worthy of application and promotion. |
