| 摘 要： | 血管周围间隙(perivascular spaces, PVS)是脑部类淋巴系统的重要组成部分。PVS扩大(enlarged PVS, EPVS)可能是脑微小血管病变及大脑清除机制障碍的早期表现。越来越多的证据表明,EPVS在认知损害的发生和发展中起着重要作用,可能是其早期预警标志。文章就EPVS与认知损害的关系进行了综述。
