陕西省农村老年人睡眠质量及其影响因素研究

目的了解陕西省农村老年人睡眠质量现状及其影响因素,为针对性开展农村老年人睡眠健康促进提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样法,对陕西省11个县22个行政村3 307名老年人进行了匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表及一般资料调查。运用t检验、ANOVA和多元线性回归分析探讨影响睡眠质量的独立因素。结果陕西省农村老年人睡眠质量得分为6.37±4.16分;32.9%的老年人存在睡眠障碍。睡眠潜伏期长是导致农村老年人睡眠障碍的主要原因。回归分析显示,性别、地域、文化程度、慢性病、身体疼痛、自觉焦虑或抑郁、获得帮助、跌倒、食欲减退是影响老年人睡眠质量的重要因素。结论陕西省农村老年人睡眠质量受到多重因素的影响,社会各界应当关注农村老年群体的睡眠问题,在综合考虑其身心特点的基础上,进行睡眠健康教育,以改善其睡眠与生活质量。

The Status and Influencing Factors of Sleep Quality of Rural Elderly in Shaanxi

Objective To investigate the sleep quality of elderly in rural areas of Shaanxi province and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the targeted development of sleep health promotion in rural areas.Methods The Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the sleep quality influence factor scale were administered on 3307 elderly in three regions with 22 counties by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method.Results The score of global PSQI was 6.37±4.16,and 32.9%of rural elderly reported poor sleep quality.The major reason for sleep disturbance was sleep latency.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,demographic,habits and customs,illness,injury,mental and psychological factors were influenced the sleep quality.Conclusion The study indicates that the sleep quality of rural elderly is influenced by multiple factors.Health education focusing on social and psychological characteristics may help to improve elderly sleep quality and quality of life.
