| 摘 要： | 目的了解一起由嗜肺军团菌感染引起的暴发疫情,为有效发现和控制此类疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查和现场流行病学调查方法对2013年某医院暴发军团菌的病例及环境进行调查,运用PCR和ELISA技术检测呼吸道常见病原体核酸、尿抗原和血清抗体。结果共发现6例不明原因肺炎病例(男性1例,女性5例),均为医院医护人员;临床症状多为发热、肌肉酸痛、咳嗽、头痛、乏力等;尿液样本中检测到3例嗜肺军团菌抗原阳性。空调冷凝管积水、积尘样本中检测到嗜肺军团菌核酸阳性。结论该起疫情是一起由空调污染引起的嗜肺军团菌局部暴发。建议人员密集场所应定期进行空调的专业清洗消毒,最大限度地降低嗜肺军团菌的感染和传播风险。
