| 摘 要： | 目的 对老年患感染耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的状况、原因及耐药性进行分析探讨，为今后对MRS的防治工作提供依据。方法 用ATB细菌鉴定仪和系统检测盒对近年本院临床老年患各种标本进行检测分析。结果 老年组MRS的检出率为80．7％，明显高于对照组，较多MRS菌株对多种抗生素产生耐药性。结论 老年患MRS的感染率及耐药率高，与患自身和医院内感染两种因素均有关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the status,causes and factors of Meticillin resistant staphylococcus (MRS) infection in elderly patients so as to provide clues for prevention of MRS.Methods Various indexes of elderly patients were analyzed by using the ATB bacteria identifier and the system kit.Results The yield rate of MRS in the elderly patients was 80.7%,significantly higher than that of the control group. A number of MRS strains were resistant to a variety of antibiotics.Conclusion Higher MRS infection rate and drug resistance in elderly patients were related to the constitutional factors of the patients and to the medical workers as well. |
