| 摘 要： | 目的 验证茶多酚对人白血病K562细胞体外生长的抑制作用,初步探讨其作用机制.方法用MTr比色法观察茶多酚对K562细胞的生长增殖的影响;用流式细胞术观察茶多酚诱导K562细胞凋亡;用荧光分光光度计测定茶多酚处理后的K562细胞内Ca^2＋浓度的变化.结果与对照组相比,茶多酚处理后的K562细胞体外生长增殖受到抑制并诱发凋亡情况,并可使细胞内Ca^2＋浓度增高.结论茶多酚具有抑制K562细胞增殖,促进其凋亡的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of tea polyphenols(TP) on growth inhibition of leukemia cell line K562 in vitro.Methods The effect of TP on growth inhibition of K562 was studied by MTT,the apoptosis inducing effect of TP on K562 was observed by flow cytometry.Determines the calcium ion in the K562 cell by the fluorescence spectrophotometer.Results Compares with the comparison group,the TP inhibit K562 cell multiplies in vitro,induces the cell to apoptosis,and make the calcium ions in the cell increase.Conclusions The TP did inhibit K562 cell multiplies in vitro,and induces the cell to apoptosis. |
