院前急救护理管理中的质控模式及成效

目的探讨院前急救护理质量控制的方法与效果。方法统一质控标准和内容,选拔专职质控人员,实施"实践反思-全员参与-考核挂钩三维互动"的质控管理模式。结果实施院前急救质控模式后,护士院前急救知识和技能成绩明显提高(P<0.01);急救物资管理达标率提高(P<0.01);院前出车时间、取物时间、建立静脉通路时间明显缩短(P<0.01),护士自评得分提高(P<0.01)。结论实践院前急救质量控制管理为提高护士的急救知识与技能和提升院前急救速度和质量提供了有效的方法,值得借鉴和进一步探讨。

Practice and effects of nursing quality control in pre-hospital rescue

Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing quality control in pre-hospital rescue.Methods The measures included standardizing the criteria and contents of quality control,selecting full-time quality control personnel and implementing the quality control mode of "reflection in practice-all participation-linking with performance assessment".Results After the implementation of quality control,the nurses’ emergency knowledge and skills were significantly improved(P<0.01);the qualified rates of emergency materials management were increased(P<0.01);the time of arrival at spots,preparing materials,and establishing intravenous path was shortened(P<0.01);the nurses’ self-evaluation scores were increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of quality control in pre-hospital rescue can enhance nurses’ emergency knowledge and skills,improve the speed and quality of pre-hospital rescue,which is deserved to be further studied.
